The company Our company consists of seven firms, established between 1991 and 2001, with different business activities, such as trading, manufacture and advertising. 'SIGMA BIO MARKETING' Ltd. specializes its activities in producing various advertising textile products under the trade mark 'BND-textile'. The wide range of products include raw materials for the store clothes industry, printing of furniture covering, lady's fashion clothes, swimming suits, sportswear and more. Our targets First of all, our goal is to answer the strict demands of our customers, in respect of the quality of our products, as well as for the execution terms. We run and synchronize our production line in correspondence to all the new standards and tendencies. Our final aim is to look for the most effective result in the field of outdoor advertising and textile printing. Our well trained team of young and ambitious specialists does its best for the production line development, using the advantages of sublimation printing more effectively. Wide Format Digital Printing The technology used in our product line was technically defined as Wide Format Digital Print, which stands for a proffesional wide format photorealistic printing. By far the maximum printing width is up to 1.60m. The maximum resolution allowed is 1440dpi (high quality output), while the standard resolution used in the wide format printing does not exceed 300dpi. We use high-quality water based sublimation inks and transfer paper for sublimation. Sublimation technology enables us to achieve fine and precise photographic high-quality prints and unlimited color variations. At the same time, sublimation prints have superb durability, they never fade and lose colour, and resist all kinds of bad atmospheric conditions. Our potentials include all sorts of synthetic fabrics up to 160 centimetres printing width, and unlimited printing length due to the so called 'Roll-In-Roll' technology - continuous printing over more than a single roll. Our production line is extremely flexible, allowing both large and small printing quantities (including just a single print) within really short terms for production.

Sublimation technology The sublimation is a process representing the physical transfer of an image over specially processed surfaces (like ceramics, metal and polyester fabrics). The process includes three basic components - sublimation ink, temperature and pressure. Sublimation inks are water based heat sensitive chemicals. The image is printed over a special paper (this is called the pre-transfer process). Then both the paper and the object to be sublimated have to be put in a transfer press. The thermo-transfer cycle causes a reaction, making the image go over the object without harming the surface or degrading the quality. Sublimation friendly materials include polyester, polymere or polymere processed surfaces. The high temperature transforms the ink into gas without passing through a liquid state, while spreading the polymere 'pores' at the same time, allowing the gas to penetrate into the material. When removed from the press, the object becomes cooler and the polymere 'pores' get closed up. Now gas goes into a hard state again, becoming a part of the polymere. Well produced, the sublimation print can not be washed out or weared out in any way until the fabric gets damaged! Sublimation could not be made over natural fabrics and materials. Natural materials do not respond to the high temperature used in the sublimation process. This is causing the ink to stay on top of the surface. Still, there is a large variety of materials that are suitable for processing by sublimation. It is desirable that the fabrics to be printed are pure white or have no colour, because white doesn't change the colours of the inks, the image keeps its contrast and colour scale. Of course, the fabric's background could always be dyed in desired colour as well. Sublimation empowers us to print live and bright images with unlimited colour variations and shades. The images are great in details, freshness and sharpness!
